Wednesday Nite Woodbine Selections

Looks to be a cool evening with no rain in the forecast tonite so the turf races should go as planned. On to Tonites first

Race 1

Growing Gains

Speed continues to hold at Woodbine and this Tiller trained filly has some and should be out front and on the lead. Cut some quick fractions last out and drops a level. Also putting Fatima's Princess in the exacta.

Race 2

Penthouse Prince

Comes off a 6th place finish in the Afleet Stakes and had speed but was pinned on the rail, tonite he gets the 6 post and should sit outside of the speed and with better race flow should be poised for a win at a good price. A repeat of this 86 Beyer in an Allowance race would be enough here.

Race 3 (Passing Mood Stakes)

Regal 'N Bold

Believe that Dressed for Action and Missy Crissy are going to get most of the money in this stakes race but Reade Baker brings in a fresh face here, this one drop a nice 87 Beyer last out going 6F, runs on turf for the first time and gets some breeding from her dam Palace Light.

Race 4

Bold Kris

Third off the layoff but the last race was a dog, I am willing to draw a line thru it and take a chance on this 15-1 shot here on the turf, wired the field in his last start of 2002 at a mile, goes 6 1/2 here.

Race 5

Blaze of Honor

Barn having a good year, they claimed this one for 20K and have waited the 30 day period to re-enter her at the same price, outside stalking trip here with alot of speed to the inside.

Ragu, I bet Bold kris last time.

I am using him in the exacta.

I boxed in the 4th race which is delayed 20 minutes already-------------3,5,9,and the 12.

I bet the 3 and 5 to win.

Johnnie.. wish I had played my race 5 barn in the 4th.. 42-1 winner... Turf course is producing some huge prices the last few day.

Gotta take off but hopefully back for the 7th
